Henriette Schneider - Founder
Henriette is a leading authority on reusable packaging, with deep expertise spanning both policy development and practical implementation.
In the policy domain, she has played a pivotal role in shaping the European discourse on circular packaging while on the practical side, Henriette partners with stakeholder groups across sectors to design, launch, and scale high-performing reuse systems.
Henriette also serves as the Executive Director of Pro Mehrweg, the business association representing Germany’s beverage reuse system—the largest and most advanced in the world.
Alexander Colling - Founder
With over 16 years' experience in civil society, Alexander brings comprehensive expertise in global HR and operations, governance and equity. He is passionate about people & culture co-creation and participation and heads up the operations of the Break Free From Plastic movement in Europe.
He is also an experienced events lead, having delivered conferences, retreats, workshops, delegation visits and study tours in Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Slovenia, Spain and the UK.

Amanda Puerari - Consultant
Amanda brings experience from civil society, academic research, and the public sector to her work at re:consult. She has several years of experience designing and coordinating multi-stakeholder engagement and co-creation processes across Europe.
Her expertise lies in translating complex challenges into thoughtful, real-world experiences, ranging from collaborative workshops to tailored international study tours. Her thematic focus spans urban sustainability, climate adaptation, circularity and the bioeconomy.
With a strong operational mindset, Amanda ensures that each engagement activity is purpose-driven, inclusive, and smoothly delivered.
